In other words, the marriage which has been defined as also understood by the Hindu Marriage Act, 1954, is a relevant issue which plays a significant role at the time when matrimonial disputes occur in somebody's life; whether being both of them. Now to bring home certain facts, which are very relevant for proper adjudication of Tatkal Court Marriage In Delhi, there are two steps for getting court marriage registered which are as follows:
1. As per the Hindu Marriage Act, 1954, (hereinafter referred to as an "act") if a person wants to get his marriage solemnized as well as to get the same, the foregoing procedures which has been laid down under the said act has to be followed for which the statutory remedies have to be availed and accordingly the marriage is being conducted by the authority concerned, entitled to get the court marriage solemnized within the stipulated period prescribed under the act. Once the tatkal court marriage is being completed, a proper certificate is being issued by the court which has to be placed before the registrar of marriage on whose confirmation and the direction the court marriage is being registered which attains a legal entity and same cannot be challenged before any court of law. 
2. Now bringing on records, the another procedure to get the court marriage registered, one of the simple way is that a person can get his marriage solemnized before any of the Arya Samaj Mandir in accordance with Hindu Rites And Rituals and once the said procedure is being completed, a certificate is being issued which is placed or can be placed before the registrar of marriage to get the same registered in accordance of law, and once the said marriage is being registered before the registrar, the same cannot be challenged before any court of law. 
With the above observations and precedents being narrative in nature, this was the procedure which has to be followed for getting the tatkal Court Marriage Registration in accordance with law, keeping in view the statutory prescriptions laid down under the Hindu Marriage Act.
